The K Care Shower Chair with Arms is a four legged shower chair with a clip-on plastic seat and backrest on a white powder coated 22 mm steel frame. Seat height adjusts from 420 to 550 mm and the seat depth is 430 mm. It comes in two widths: 450 mm with a 110 kg safe working load, and 500 mm with a 135 kg safe working load for a client who needs a more generous seat.
The chair weighs 4 kg (450 mm) or 5 kg (500 mm). The seat clips off for cleaning, has drainage slots and an integrated handle in the backrest, and the legs adjust independently to sit level on uneven floors. Anti-slip rubber tips are fitted to each leg.

Who it suits
A client who fatigues standing in the shower, or who needs arms to push up from sitting, in a walk-in shower or a recess with room for a four legged chair. Choose the 500 mm width where the client’s hips or clothing-free seated width need the extra room or the weight is over 110 kg. For a bath, an over-bath shower or a client who needs to be wheeled into the shower, a transfer bench or a mobile shower commode is the better choice.
