The CG Air is a therapeutic air cushion built from medical grade PVC cells. The cells connect through air channels, so air moves in a controlled way across the cushion and the client is immersed rather than perched on top of the surface.
The single valve version inflates as one compartment. That keeps setup simple for clients and carers who need a straightforward inflation routine, where a dual valve cushion would be used for asymmetric pelvic loading.
This configuration is the 50 mm low profile. Lower cell height means less immersion than a high profile cushion, but it keeps seat height down for clients who self propel with their feet or who need to fit under a table or a transfer surface. The incontinence cover is a wipeable outer that protects the cells and simplifies cleaning.

The design creates an ischial well and works to limit pelvic migration and posterior tilt. Inflation should be set and checked by a clinician, and covers are available in standard and 3D spacer knit as well as incontinence.
