It reads in 2 to 3 seconds across a display range of 20.0 to 42.2 degrees C, with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.2 degrees C between 35.0 and 42.0 degrees C and plus or minus 0.3 degrees C outside that band. Single-use probe covers go on for each client.
