The Cura1 3502 is a wireless call handset that lets a resident or client raise an alert from where they are, with a green button to cancel and reset the call themselves. The red call button sends a 433.92 MHz signal to a paired Cura1 ActiveCare monitor, console or pager up to about 30 m away, and an LED confirms it has gone. It runs on two AAA batteries.
Key features
- Large rubber red call button, easy to press
- Green cancel button resets the alarm at the handset

- Range about 30 m, 433.92 MHz

Who it suits
Clients in supported accommodation and home settings who can press a button but cannot reach a fixed call point, and who are able to cancel their own call once help arrives or the need passes. The reset function cuts down on carers walking to the room to clear a call, which matters in group homes with one staff member on shift.

- The cancel function is not available when used with the 2544 or 2549 cordless multiport expanders

- 2 year warranty
