The Freedom Split Seat Chair is a 3 in 1 commode chair for home and aged care bathrooms. Set it up as a shower chair, stand it over the toilet as an over toilet aid, or fit a pan and use it as a bedside commode. The patented padded seat is split so it opens at the front and the rear, which lets a carer wash and dry the client, or the client use the toilet, without a transfer off the chair.
The powder coated aluminium frame weighs 6.3 kg and is rated to 160 kg. Seat height adjusts from 440 to 590 mm, the seat is 480 mm wide and the frame is 645 mm wide overall.
