About this product

The Oxford Advance is a folding mobile hoist for home and community use, rated to 155 kg. It separates into two parts without tools and folds to 1180 x 550 x 450 mm, which is why it is the usual choice when a hoist has to travel in a car or be stored in a small home. The legs open and close electrically from the handset, so the carer can get around chair legs and bed frames without bending to a foot pedal.

The lift range runs from 390 mm to 1690 mm at the spreader bar, low enough for a floor lift and high enough for most beds. The aluminium chassis is 550 mm wide with the legs closed and opens to 1080 mm externally. Unit weight is 31.7 kg.
