This disposable Sara Plus sling is the single patient use standing sling for the Arjo Sara Plus standing and raising aid. It supports a semi-active person while the Sara Plus raises them to standing for transfer, toileting or a short move between bed, chair and hygiene chair. Safe working load is 190 kg and the one size fits a waist circumference of 800 mm to 1250 mm.
Because the sling stays with one person and is then discarded, there is no laundering, no lost slings between wards or homes, and a lower cross contamination risk in shared settings.
