Remedy barrier cream cloths are pre moistened single use cloths that combine cleansing, moisturising and a skin protectant in one step. The skin protectant active is dimethicone at 3.6 per cent, which leaves a barrier film on the skin.
They are made for incontinence associated skin care, where repeated washing and drying can break skin down. Using one cloth instead of a wash, dry and separate barrier cream application cuts the number of passes over fragile skin.
The formulation is hypoallergenic and paraben free, with a light vanilla scent. Each cloth is used once and discarded, which suits shared care settings and supports infection control.
