The Silvalea Fastfit Deluxe is a full body transfer sling with divided, padded leg sections shaped to give extra support under the thigh and hip. It fits any loop-fixing spreader bar, has a safe working load of 220 kg, and includes a small hygiene aperture. Colour coded loop tapes on the shoulder and leg straps let carers set the seated angle, and the leg sections can be crossed or used in a hammock position.
This is the Large size, for a shoulder circumference of 1080 to 1300 mm and a C7 to base of spine measurement of 640 to 690 mm. It is made in Silva-Superfine Plus, a 3D spacer mesh that redistributes pressure, dries quickly and is suitable for extended wear and bathing. Wash at up to 85 degrees C and tumble dry on low.

Who it suits
A client who is hoisted for most transfers and has fair head control but needs comfort at the thighs and hips, for example with arthritis, hip pain or fragile skin. The padded legs and spacer fabric make it a good choice where the sling stays under the client in the chair between transfers. Sizes run XS to XL, and a client with poor head control should be fitted with a Silvalea sling that includes head support instead.
