About this product

bibi is a bathing seat that goes where the family goes. It holds the child in a safe, supported position in the bath, and because it folds and weighs very little, it travels to grandparents’ houses, holidays and the beach without a fuss.

The backrest adjusts on a ratchet joint from 90 to 180 degrees. Upright for washing and play, reclined for a child who needs to rest back and be supported through the trunk. The seat surface shapes to the child rather than sitting them on a flat board, and a pelvic harness holds the hips steady.

  • Seat width 360 mm, seat depth 300 mm
  • Backrest 90 to 180 degrees, ratchet adjustment
  • Maximum user weight 30 kg
  • Folding aluminium frame, suits wet areas indoors and out
  • Pelvic harness for a stable sitting position
  • Schuchmann guide: GMFCS levels II to IV

Worth checking before you script it: the fixed seat width means bibi does not grow with the child the way basti does, so it suits a child who fits it now and needs portability more than adjustability. If the child needs head support in the water, or is heavier than 30 kg, look at basti instead.
