The Conni Anti-Slip Absorbent Floor Mat is a washable floor mat designed for wet and high-risk areas in the home. A fast-absorbing polyester top pulls water, urine or spills in without splash, and a rubberised waterproof backing stops liquid reaching the floor and grips so the mat does not slide. At 4 mm thick it lies flat with no lip to catch a foot or a walker wheel.
It washes by hand with soapy water on both faces and dries flat in the sun. Sizes run from the 45 x 70 cm compact to a 90 x 300 cm hallway runner, in grey, pebble, green, royal blue and black with white fleck.

Who it suits
A client at risk of falls in the bathroom, at the bedside, in front of the kitchen sink or at the back door, including clients with continence issues where a washable mat beside the bed or toilet reduces slip risk from drips. It replaces a bath mat that slides or a towel on the floor. For a shower recess itself, where the client stands in running water, a suction shower mat is the better choice.
Good to know
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener
- Dry flat in the sun; do not hang over a rail
- Check the backing grips on the floor type at trial, especially on polished tiles
- Sizes and colours are cut to a set range; not all colours are stocked in the two largest sizes
