The Freedom heavy duty bath transfer bench sits with two legs inside the bath and two outside. The client sits on the outer end, lifts their legs over the rim and slides across to shower or wash seated, which removes the step over the bath edge that causes so many bathroom falls.
It is rated to 200 kg, the seat is 680 mm wide and the seat height adjusts from 490 to 640 mm to suit the bath and the client. The powder coated aluminium frame weighs 6 kg.

Who it suits
Larger clients and anyone who cannot safely step into a bath but has a bath and shower combination at home. It works for clients with reduced balance, hip or knee restrictions, or fatigue, and it gives a carer a stable seated position to assist with washing.
