The Homecraft Reflex Comfort Grip range covers kitchen preparation knives fitted with angled, overmoulded handles. The angle holds the wrist in a more neutral position during cutting, which reduces the wrist movement needed to work through food.
The handle is a soft-touch overmould with a slip-resistant surface and a slightly larger diameter than the standard Reflex range. That larger grip helps where finger flexion is limited or painful, such as arthritis or reduced hand strength.
Blades are stainless steel, the same grade used on the standard Reflex knives. All pieces are dishwasher safe.
