The Oxford Presence is a bariatric mobile hoist rated to 227 kg, built for full sling transfers of larger clients in aged care, hospital and home settings. The legs open and close from the hand control, so the carer can spread the base around a wide chair or a bariatric bed without leaving the client’s side.
The sling hook range is 430 to 1910 mm, which covers floor recovery through to high beds. The aluminium chassis measures 670 mm wide with the legs closed, the figure that matters for doorways, and opens to 1150 mm. Unit weight is 40 kg.
