The R82 Crocodile is a posterior walking frame for children working on gait. The user walks inside the frame with the support behind them, which encourages upright trunk position and a more natural arm swing than an anterior frame.
Handle height and handle angle adjust without tools, so the frame can be set quickly between users or as a child grows. The rear wheels have adjustable tension and a wheel stop that prevents the frame rolling backwards, which is useful early in gait training or on gentle slopes. Front wheels have a directional stabiliser to help the user hold a line.
This configuration includes swing-away anti-tip tubes. They stay in place for stability and swing clear when the child needs to get close to a table, toilet or bench.
