The R82 Heron Padding for Foot Supports is a one-size accessory set (item 880506-12) that fits the foot supports of the R82 Heron hygiene chair. It is designed as knee protection for users who sit with their legs in abduction, so the inside of the knee rests on padding rather than on the foot support frame.
The set fits the Heron in both hydraulic and power versions. Like the rest of the Heron accessories it is intended for a wet area and wipes clean.

Who it suits
A child or teenager using a Heron for toileting and showering who sits with hips abducted, for example after hip surgery or with an abducted seating posture from cerebral palsy, and whose knees or inner thighs contact the foot supports. If the child sits with legs in neutral and there is no contact, the padding is not needed.
