The R82 Meerkat Knee Supports are the pair of padded blocks that hold a child’s knees in position on the R82 Meerkat standing frame. They come in three sizes matched to knee circumference: Small 189 to 251 mm, Medium 251 to 290 mm and Large 290 to 390 mm. Each support adjusts in width, height and depth with the same ratchet system used on the rest of the frame.
The supports mount to the Meerkat column and can be moved as the child grows, so a frame can be resized rather than replaced.

Who it suits
A child using the Meerkat who needs the knee held in extension to keep an upright stance, for example with low tone or a tendency to knee flexion in standing. Measure the knee circumference before ordering: a support that is too large will not control the joint, and a child who only needs a light prompt at the knee may manage with the frame’s standard supports.
