The WendyLett top sheets are draw sheets with an anti-friction underside that slide over a WendyLett base sheet. The 2Way slides sideways for turning. The 4Way slides sideways and up and down the bed, so a client who has slipped down can be brought back up without a lift. The checked or striped pattern on the sheet shows which way it slides. Safe working load is 300 kg, or 200 kg for the handled versions.
The 4Way with handles gives carers a firmer grip for assisted moves. The 4Way incontinence version with handles adds a waterproof layer to protect the mattress. All are a cotton and polyester mix and wash like a normal sheet, and they are made to stay on the bed rather than be fitted and removed for each move.

Who it suits
A client who is repositioned in bed several times a day or night, particularly one who slides down the bed when the backrest is raised, and a carer who needs to do that without a second person or a hoist. The 2Way is enough for turning alone; choose the 4Way when the client also needs bringing up the bed. For a client who is fully hoisted for every move, a repositioning sling on the ceiling hoist is the safer option.
