The Redgum Steady Stride is an electric seat walker that converts into a powered wheelchair. The client walks behind it like a seat walker, using the handles and dual handbrakes, then turns around, sits and drives when their legs tire. Dual 250 watt brushless motors give a top speed of 6 km/h and a range of 16 km per charge, with a 115 kg safe working load. It side folds to 320 mm wide for the car, weighs 19 kg and has a 17 kg transport weight.
