The ROHO Quadtro Select High Profile is ROHO’s positioning version of the classic air cell cushion. Its 105 mm interconnected neoprene cells are divided into four compartments, and the ISOFLO Memory Control lets the therapist open the valve, let air move to where the pelvis needs it, then lock the setting in place with the client still seated. The cushion has no user weight limit provided it is sized to the seat, and it weighs about 1.6 kg.
It comes with a two-way stretch cover, hand pump and repair kit. The neoprene cushion can be washed with soap and water and patched to extend its life. We stock the 9 x 9, 10 x 10 and 11 x 11 cell sizes, which suit seat widths from 380 to 510 mm, and other sizes are available to order.

Who it suits
A client at high risk of pressure injury, or with an existing or healed injury, who also needs pelvic positioning: obliquity, rotation, a tendency to slide forward or lean to one side. The four compartments let you shape the support without transferring the client. For a client who has good sitting balance and only needs skin protection, the single-compartment ROHO High Profile is simpler to manage, and for a client who needs a firmer, more stable base a hybrid or contoured foam cushion may suit better.
Good to know
- Choose the size by the wheelchair seat width and depth, not the client’s hip width; the ISOFLO valve sits outside the cushion footprint
- Inflation must be checked by hand at set-up and reviewed regularly; an under-inflated or over-inflated ROHO does not protect the skin
- Includes cover, pump and repair kit; a heavy duty or incontinence cover is optional
