The CG Air is a therapeutic air cushion built from medical grade PVC cells joined by high frequency welding rather than adhesives. Air moves through channels between the cells so load is spread across the seating surface and pressure points are offloaded.
This version is the single valve, single compartment build with the 100 mm (4 in) cell height. The taller profile gives more immersion and is the usual choice where pressure risk is higher. Because the PVC holds its shape when the cushion is inflated, the cushion forms an ischial well that helps limit forward migration and posterior pelvic tilt.
The incontinence cover is a fluid resistant option for clients who need the cushion protected. The cushion itself is cleaned with soap and chlorine solutions and can be machine washed or autoclaved.
