The K Care Alivio Jannali is a home care bed built to look like a bedroom bed. The platform adjusts from 220 to 750 mm, low enough for falls management and high enough for care, and the handset gives backrest and leg profiling, Trendelenburg and reverse tilt, and preset positions including flat, relax and zero gravity. The backrest auto-regresses as it rises to reduce pressure on the abdomen and shear on the skin. Safe working load is 200 kg.
It comes as a long single (920 x 2030 mm) or king single (1060 x 2030 mm) with an upholstered surround in black fabric, or beige or Canley leather-look PU. The long single weighs 100 kg and the king single 108 kg. A matching headboard and footboard are available separately. K Care warranty is 10 years on the frame and 5 years on actuators and control box.

Who it suits
A client living at home who needs a profiling bed for breathing, oedema or repositioning, and who wants a bed that does not look clinical. The 220 mm low height suits a client with a falls risk who does not want rails. The king single suits a larger client or a couple with a companion bed alongside. For a client above 160 kg, or one who needs a full hospital bed with integrated rails and accessory sockets, a heavy duty or hospital style bed is the better choice.
