The Raz Head Support with Large Pad is the larger of the two moulded, contoured head pads made for Raz tilt shower commode chairs. It measures 305 x 150 mm (12 x 6 in) against the standard pad’s 255 x 100 mm (10 x 4 in), so it gives more support behind the head and neck when the chair is tilted back. Raz code Z7HSTL is the large pad upgrade for tilt chairs.
The pad mounts on the Raz head support fixture, which is standard on all Raz tilt chairs and adjusts without tools through cast stainless steel links with interlocking teeth. The moulded pad is made for a wet environment and wipes clean.

Who it suits
A client with reduced head and neck control, a larger frame, or one who spends time in tilt during showering and toileting and slides off the edges of the standard pad. For a client with good head control who only needs a rest during tilt, the standard pad already supplied with the chair is usually enough. For a non-tilt chair such as the AP or SP, the head support fixture with large pad (Z7HSASL) is the correct order code.
