Spex shoulder strap guides are a pair of aluminium retainers that mount to the top of a Spex back support and hold the shoulder straps of a harness at the right point on the shoulders. Without them, straps on a client with a narrow or asymmetric shoulder line tend to slide outward and lose their effect. Each guide is 216 mm long, 57.5 mm wide and made from 5 mm aluminium, and the pair weighs 0.18 kg.
