How we work with you
Involved before the script, not just after it.
Complex equipment is a joint effort between the client, the prescribing therapist and us. We bring the product knowledge, the demo fleet and the measuring; you bring the clinical picture. Nothing is ordered until everyone has seen it work for the person.
1. Assessment
A consultant joins your assessment at home, school, the clinic or our showroom. We talk through goals, environment, transfers, transport and carers before we talk product.
2. Measure and trial
We measure, set up a demo chair or seating system to those measurements, and trial it in the places it will be used. Pressure mapping and simulation seating are available.
3. Script and funding
We prepare the order form and specification with you, and a quote in the format the funder needs: NDIS, Home Care Packages and Support at Home, DVA or private.
4. Build, fit and follow up
The chair is built to the script, checked in our workshop, then fitted with you present. Our own technicians service it for its working life, in Northern and Southern Tasmania.

Power wheelchairs
Front, mid and rear wheel drive with power seating and alternative controls. Alltrack, Amylior, Dietz, Glide, Magic Mobility, Meyra, PDG, Permobil and Quickie.
Seating and positioning
Cushions, backs, laterals, head supports and belts, fitted to the chair and the person. Axiom, Bodypoint, Dreamline, Jay and Spex.
Paediatric
Seating, standing, walking, bathing and beds that grow with the child. Firefly, Jenx, Leckey, R82, Rifton, Schuchmann and Timo.

Power add-ons
Power assist for manual wheelchairs.
